A Star is Born: Bernadette Peters

Not only is Miss Bernadette Peters an amazingly talented woman (And gorgeous too). She also does a lot of charity work outside of her career. She co-founded (With Mary Tyler-Moore) Broadway Barks. It's basically an organization to help find sheltered dogs/cats a proper home, and every year they throw this massive adopt-a-thon at The Shuburt Alley in NYC. To learn more information click here.

She is also on the Board of Trustees of Broadway for Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights Aids. And that pretty much tells you what the organization does. They help with the fight against aids/ HIV. Some of the many fundraisers they do are 1) Broadway Bares, basically all the hot men and women of Broadway join together for a night of stripteasing and being sexy. 2) Broadway Flee Market, it's a Broadway flee market. They sell a bunch of stuff related to Broadway from new shows and old shows and they have actor appearances and you can get your pictures taken with them (For a price) and other cool stuff. 3) Broadway Backwards, basically the men and women switch roles. For Example: Romeo & Juliet Romeo would be played by a girl and Juliet would be played by a man. For more information click here.

Bernadette Peters is a beautiful person, inside and out, she has a gorgeous body and is so caring and grateful towards everyone.
